Tilt test – Coagulation not complete

If by tilting the device slowly at a 45-degree angle, the layer of red cells moves into the plasma part, the coagulation is not complete.

You will need to wait for coagulation to happen.
• Re-position the device into the centrifuge track 2 without spinning. The higher temperature will speed up coagulation.
• Inspect again after 5 minutes or longer.
• Repeat the tilt test and continue waiting for coagulation if there is not a stable line between the red cells and the plasma.
